Lang Returns for New York Fashion Week

With New York Fashion Week fast approaching, the unexpected news of Helmut Lang’s return to the catwalk since 2007 is talk that many fashionista’s will be happy to hear. 

Lang’s show will commence on 10 September 2011 and will be available on a live stream from the company's website, www.helmutlang.com

Below are a few images of what his last fashion show for Spring/Summer 2008 entailed.  I love his look of easy going chic, and nothing in this past collection appears to be over styled or too fussy. It fits the New York woman to a tee. 


But enough of past collections, the question is what should we expect this year? Well I predict that same laid back look of cool that Lang is famed for, those slick hemlines and sharp cutting edge pieces of fashion that every woman cannot live without.
